The company's mattress ticking production facilities are based in Kayseri and the upholstery fabric manufacturing is in based in Bursa. Changing market conditions drove Boyteks to introduce knitted fabric production in 2005 and make bigger investments to augment this line in 2010, with future planned investments on the way. The company has been manufacturing its own yarn since 2003 and has been realizing all processes from yarn production to fabric output within its own ERP system integrated facilities.
